Satyr Sauvignon Blanc 2008

The Satyr Sauvignon Blanc has ripe gooseberry and passionfruit flavours with a hint of bell pepper.  It has a clean, fresh finish and is a great aperitif or seafood wine.  Serve lightly chilled.

Ripe Hawke's Bay Sauvignon Blanc with typical stonefruit, tropical and gooseberry aromas. The palate has vibrant fruit and a soft finish with plenty of residual flavour. Serve lightly chilled with seafood and white meats.
