Satyr Sauvignon Blanc 2008

The Satyr Sauvignon Blanc has ripe gooseberry and passionfruit flavours with a hint of bell pepper.  It has a clean, fresh finish and is a great aperitif or seafood wine.  Serve lightly chilled.

Satyr Sauvignon Blanc 2006
Ripe Hawke's Bay Sauvignon Blanc with typical stonefruit, tropical and gooseberry aromas. The palate has vibrant fruit and a soft finish with plenty of residual flavour. Serve lightly chilled with seafood and white meats.

Satyr Pinot Noir 2006
Ripe black cherry aromas follow through to the palate with juicy dark berryfruit and fine tannins on the finish. A classic, rounded style well suited to rich poultry and lamb dishes. Cellar for up to 6 years.
