Exceptional Vintage Chardonnay 2002
The EV Chardonnay is full and rich on the palate, with sweet citrus and stonefruit overlying sophisticated oak. The wine is beautifully balanced and has great concentration and length of flavour. It will develop well in the bottle over the next 6-8 years.
Exceptional Vintage Merlot 2005
Dark in colour, with concentrated, ripe plum and licorice notes. Warm and rich on the palate with dark chocolate and fine, supple tannins on the finish.

Dark purple/red in colour, with concentrated, sweet prune and blackberry characters. Warm and rich on the palate with hints of chocolate and fine, supple tannins on the finish.
Exceptional Vintage Merlot/Cabernet Franc 1998
Densely coloured, bursting with concentrated plum, chocolate and liquorice aromas. On the palate, mouthfilling, almost sweet fruit combines with complex layers of prunes and savoury oak, finally subsiding to a soft finish with velvet smooth tannins.
